Positive Adult Living (PAL) - Dates TBA. PAL is for seniors 55 and older who want to form friendships with others in their age category outside of their home, church and civic organizations. Meetings are monthly at the hospital and consist of informational speakers on topics ranging from health, business, and the home environment.
